Tansi. My name is Sarah Jo Buffalo-Clazie. I am Cree, Nêhiyaw-iskwêw, from Samson First Nation. I identify as a Mom, wife, woman, healer. I am the proud owner of Willow Stone Connective Health, formally Trinity Massage Therapy. Since I can remember, I have wanted to help people with their pain. Intuitive healing runs in my blood.
In March 2006 I graduated from the Alberta Institute of Massage, which led to owning my own business by June 2007 as a Registered Massage Therapist. I had been massaging for 16 years when I decided to return to school to further my knowledge, by becoming a Manual Osteopath. Manual meaning “work done by hands' ', Osteopath meaning “manipulative medicine”.
Manual Osteopathy is a newer modality in Canada, but is surely becoming more popular. The biggest difference between other manipulative modalites and MO, is we work with the vibrations of the body, including the craniosacral rhythm and fascial lines. Manual Osteopathy eliminates pain on a much deeper level, going far beyond the obvious issues, treating the whole body as one single unit. The results are long lasting.
I graduated from the National Manual Osteopathic College, in Innisfail, Alberta, in July 2022, with honors and distinction. When I’m not treating, I enjoy weight lifting, yoga, volleyball, softball and spending time with my husband and two very busy son’s. I love to encourage an active and healthy life-style, and believe it adds to my treatments. I am also a 240hr trained yoga instructor, which plays a role in my knowledge of the body. My goal for all my clients is for each one to be able to live life to the fullest; mind, body, soul. I am truly honored to be a part of so many peoples healing journeys. I am incredibly blessed to love what I do everyday. Hiy Hiy
Trauma-Informed Psychology Yoga
Nicole Lightning-Strongman from Maskwacis is a qualified yoga practitioner with a 500-hour certification in trauma-informed yoga psychology. She facilitates wellness sessions for individuals, communities, and organizations. Her yoga practice is inclusive, responding to individuals of various ages, all bodies, and abilities. Trauma-informed psychology yoga is less about how the poses are performed and more about grounding and connecting to spirit, mind, body, and emotion. In addition to utilizing trauma-informed psychological approaches, she embraces the teachings of the Medicine Wheel. The practice opens with a prayer and intention to honor "Spirit". A mild cognitive warm-up activity follows this to honor the "Mind". Then a gentle chair yoga sequence flow to honor the "Physical" self. Finally, the practice concludes with a meditation session to honor the "Emotional" self.

I was born and raised in rural Alberta until graduating high school and moving to Edmonton. I worked for TELUS after receiving my BA in History and a Business Administration Diploma from the U of A. I left the Corporate world once I had become a Registered Massage Therapist, realizing that my passion was helping people live healthier lives.
In 2007, I graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage's 2200-hour remedial massage program. I’ve been a Certified and Registered massage therapist for nearly 17 years, self-employed as a mobile massage therapist in the greater Edmonton area. I have completed several courses since then, including reiki, shiatsu with energy work, and advanced-level certification in Raynor Holistic Massage Therapy.
In May 2023, I received my certification to become a TOSA Method Breathwork Facilitator. I facilitate in-person groups and one-on-one sessions for people who want to reconnect to their true divine selves, freeing themselves from limiting beliefs, patterns, traumas, and pain. Through my own work, I have again been inspired to support others on their spiritual journey to remember the peace, joy, and love in their mind, body, and soul.
